The Three Rivers Workforce Investment Board certifies training providers that prepare jobseekers for "high priority occupations," i.e., those that are important to local employers and the region as a whole. Students are referred to certified training providers by PA CareerLink®. Federal grants, known as individual training accounts, may be available to those who qualify.
