PA CareerLink®
The Three Rivers Workforce Investment Board oversees the local PA CareerLink® network of comprehensive centers, community centers and access points, geographically distributed throughout Pittsburgh and Allegheny County. This network provides employers and jobseekers with market-driven services, workshops, and information in an integrated, seamless, universally accessible setting that supports all customers in making informed hiring decisions and/or career choices. Jobseekers can access job listings, job search assistance, skills assessment, career counseling, and a range of education and training programs. Federal grants, known as individual training accounts, are available to those who qualify. A wide array of services is also available for employers, including resource centers, interview rooms, employee recruitment and screening assistance, customized job training, technical assistance, and labor market information.
