On behalf of the Allegheny County Executive and Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh, the Three Rivers Workforce Investment Board (TRWIB) is announcing the release of Workforce Investement Act (WIA) funding to organizations interested in providing youth workforce development services to Allegheny County and City of Pittsburgh youth ages 14-21.
