RFP WIA Title 1 Adult/Dislocated Workers

On behalf of the Allegheny County Executive and the Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh, the Three Rivers Workforce Investment Board (3RWIB) announces the release of Workforce Investment Act (WIA) funds to entities interested in providing workforce development services to Allegheny County and City of Pittsburgh job seekers and employers.

3RWIB is soliciting proposals for the delivery of services under the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Title I Adult and Dislocated Worker programs in the City of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County through the PA CareerLink® offices.

Proposals are due by 5 p.m. EST September 30, 2014.

All questions must be submitted in writing in the comments section below or via e-mail to wiaadultrfp@trwib.org. No questions will be answered by phone or in person.

A bidders' conference is planned for 10 a.m. August 28, 2014, at 3RWIB offices, Centre City Tower, Suite 2600, 650 Smithfield Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. Questions from bidders will be answered at the conference. All answers will be posted to this website.

After the bidders' conference, a question-and-answer page will be available here. It is the bidder's responsibility to review this site frequently to stay connected and apprised throughout the process.
